🕕 4.5 HOURS IN TOTAL

🏢 MAX. 3 SESSIONS

👥 6-15 PARTICIPANTS

📍IN PERSON OR VIA VIDEO

Participants will take part in over a dozen fun activities, each designed to enhance the  Human Intelligence of your participants. These activities target the typical human communication obstacles encountered by design and product teams. All together, we’ll identify and dismantle the root causes of poor communication and collaboration, and start gathering previously untapped group ideas and wisdom. This collaborative effort will steer teams towards a more efficient and productive work dynamic, enabling them to perform at their peak.

All while having fun. All in a positive and psychological safe environment.

WHY IMPROVISATION UNLOCKING HIDDEN IP IS KEY TO GROWTH

When teams re-learn LAB (listening, accepting and building) while postponing judgement, new ideas start to flow through which may contain the seeds of solution.

One way this happens is when staff block each other from offering left-field suggestions or ideas. A common method is through using “yes, but“. By changing the use of “but” to more accepting words, there is a freer flow of ideas, solutions or product/service ideas.

Some of the skills or ideas may set your organisation for greater success.

By examining 197 new product-development projects, we found that (1) environmental turbulence positively affects team unlearning, (2) team unlearning concurrently stimulates team improvisation, (3) team improvisation positively impacts new product success by utilizing/implementing new knowledge acquired by unlearning and improvisation.
