Accelerate idea generation, swiftly develop these concepts, and rapidly convert them into revenue-generating initiatives for your business.One problem that plagues, most teams and organisations are staff that just sit within their contract box: you pay me to do extra tasks and I get them done within a set time. As a contract is set, most don’t feel they need to go above and beyond. When an organisation demands, they do this, without giving much and return, or the value is not perceived as much in return, most staff feel like it’s not worth. That is why you see somebody walking. Continuously passed a thing to do because they say that it’s not their job. what also doesn’t help I tightly written, wards that specify what you do and what you don’t do at work

Changing the culture and mindset of the organisation, helps both staff and management. Management no longer have to run after staff to try and get them to do something, and staff no longer feel pushed and prodded with the thread of punishment if they don’t go above and beyond. The culture of the organisation allows for reciprocal contributions from both sides.

HOW IT WORKS:

Participants will take part in over a dozen fun activities, each designed to enhance the  Human Intelligence of your participants. These activities target the typical human communication obstacles encountered by individuals within teams. All together, we’ll identify and dismantle the root causes of poor communication and mindset. This collaborative effort will steer teams towards a more connected and productive work dynamic, enabling them to perform at their peak.

All while having fun.

By examining 197 new product-development projects, we found that (1) environmental turbulence positively affects team unlearning, (2) team unlearning concurrently stimulates team improvisation, (3) team improvisation positively impacts new product success by utilizing/implementing new knowledge acquired by unlearning and improvisation.
