How individuals conduct themselves at work and with others is based on how well their relationships are functional.

A “dysfunctional” workplace works as well to the extent of their poorest relationships and most ineffective communications. Since the focus is on output and metrics, the quality and sustainability of work relationship has lower importance. Most organisations do not have the capabilities or even interest to manage these.

By shining a light on these dynamics, decision-makers can pave the way for meaningful solutions to be explored.

The Framework session with decision-makers:
