HOW YOUR STAFF BENEFIT FROM AN EAT AND LEARN

There’s many factors why many aren’t ready to jump into effectual organisational change (management) just yet.

Instead, go for a concise, quick to pick up and straightforward session of one or two engaging activities. These can efficiently shift focus to areas that might have been previously underemphasised. Together we’ll tackle issues that present a low-stakes challenge to address.

In the end, they’ll come away with something they can take back to work immediately and use. In fact, it would be a waste to not use it. And then, a week later, we’ll check in and seeing how it went. What changed? What came from it?

That is the value that can be wrought out of an Eat and Learn.

WHAT YOU LEARN

THIS WORKSHOP IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE PARTICIPANTS WITH THE SKILL-SET TO:

  • 7 minutes talking about the issue or goal, and what the challenges are ahead
  • 8 minutes talking about which concepts of applied improvisation apply to the issue or goal. Talking through two activities that show off the concepts and the link to work.
  • 15 minutes doing the activities
  • 10 minutes debriefing and how to apply to work
  • 5 minutes talking about how to measure the effect on people at work.
  • All in a positive and psychological safe environment.
