Thinking space these days is rare.
Eat & Learn sessions are designed to change that — fast.

A taste of who it is for
-
Mid-level and senior managers
-
Production leads and operations supervisors
-
Change agents and people leaders
-
Those leading teams, juggling pressures, and solving problems in real time
What you get out of it
-
Your people find a way to change one focus of a way of working.
-
Your staff walk away with one or two ways you can make an impact within their teams
- Learn in a real way with how you can connect, communicate and collaborate on the next level.
Low-stakes, bite-size but chunky sessions can efficiently shift focus to areas that might have been previously underemphasised. You can tackle issues that present a low-stakes challenge to address.
In the end, staff will come away with something to take back to work immediately and use. A week later, we'll check in and seeing how it went. What changed? What came from it?
That is the value that can be wrought out of an Eat and Learn.
TYPICAL EAT AND LEARN TIMESHEET
- 7 minutes talking about the issue or goal, and what the challenges are ahead
- 15 minutes demonstrating then doing the activities
- 10 minutes debriefing and gathering feedback about the experience.
- 8 minutes talking about how the EI activities apply to issues or goal, then linking them to work.
- 5 minutes wrapping up about how to measure the effect on people at work.
- Take away a 'Human Advantage Sheet' showing how to use the activities in the teams.
Each 'Eat and Learn' takes place in a positive and psychological safe environment.
