Each session is individually tailored from emotional intelligence (EQ) methodologies and drawing on any of the EQ frameworks.
These are based on interviews to get a sense for what is needed, and we break down each methodology and take what would be the most relevant and apply it.

Introductory 30 minute discovery pre-session interview included
