Business Development Manager
In this role you won’t just sell, you’ll act as a Trusted Advisor. This means your focus is to build meaningful relationships with decision-makers and team leaders across a wide range of industries. You'll uncover real problems that affect how teams work together, by asking into those problems. And at the right time, you'll co-invent a solution.
Our aim is to get the conversion rate higher than others.
Your day-to-day will combine the drive of a SDR and the relationship focus of an Account Manager. That means you’ll both open doors and grow long-term value. The mix will be based on your skills and what you wish to bring.
We’ll train you in our sales approach, that’s built for how people buy and connect in 2025 and beyond, rather than the 1990s. You’ll develop skills that serve you well beyond this role, while helping organisations shift how their people collaborate, communicate, and perform.

Initial commission only 25% (Salary after three months)
then residual commission rate for each product based on a scale
