Management/Team Reports
This essential report quantifiably measures the alignment within the team (internally) and the team’s alignment with management (and vice versa), based on five key attributes selected by management.
This data provides a granular breakdown of all stakeholder performance appraisals. The analysis and included starter questions offer managers actionable insights to improve the team’s performance in each attribute.
Delta Reports
By comparing past and present results over two or more periods, the Delta Report helps us understand how the team’s performance has evolved over time.
A comparative analysis is conducted on attribute-level percentage changes, while qualitative responses are examined for shifts in attitudes.
This enables us to recognise successes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to maintain and enhance our performance.
The TeamEQ Process for any Team or Grouping
Step 1
Run TeamEQ remotely or onsite
Choose the exact attributes you desire your team to cultivate. e.g. ‘conflict resolution’, ‘customer service’ etc. For 7-10 minutes, each team member answers 20 questions. Then we crunch the data, pinpoint trends and compare outcomes.
Step 2
Receive team insights
Decision-makers receive their TeamEQ report that identifies critical issues, opportunities for growth, and gap between expectations and performance.
Step 3
Implement immediately
We host a 30 minute presentation that facilitates curiosity and exploration into discrepancies within the report without judgement. Just understanding what is. And then we help you build the feedback, suggestions and ideas into a coherent set of actions.
Step 4
Continuously improve
To accelerate meaningful change and solidify improvements, we offer tailored, hands-on training sessions. Additionally, we conduct pulse checks and regular surveying to monitor ongoing team health. We track progress, compare results, offer our analysis and suggest actions. By making timely adjustments, your teams keep performing at their peak.
TeamEQ Action (Team Training Programs)
To more efficiently implement changes in a team for better performance, put insights from the reports into action using experiential activities based on the methodology of Applied Improvisation, FISH, Clean Questions and others. Through our extensive training, the activities are designed for quick absorption and integration and to be used instantly at work.
