Multi-session packages

Session packages are purchased and managed in clinic at the end of a face-to-face appointment.

Purchase

In person at the clinic via EFTPOS. Not available online.
Transferability
Packages can be transferred to another person. Let us know before the transferred session so we have the right name on file.
Expiry
Packages do not expire. Use them at whatever pace suits you.
If you can't continue due to illness or injury
Unused sessions are credited to your account. Credits do not expire and can be used when you're ready to return — or transferred to another person.
Illness and injury credit: If you've purchased a package and are unable to continue due to genuine illness, injury, or a medical condition, your unused sessions are held as a credit with no expiry. You don't lose what you've paid for — it waits until you're ready.
If you decide not to continue
If you choose not to use remaining sessions, a refund for unused sessions is available on request. See the Refunds section below for how this works.

Session gift voucher

Gift vouchers are issued for specific sessions and is redeemable for the session it was purchased for.

No expiry, no fine print: A gift voucher from us doesn't come with a countdown. It still works if  someone receives one and isn't ready to use it for six months, a year, or longer. When it comes in handy.

Type

Session vouchers — redeemable for the specific session type purchased.
Expiry
Gift vouchers do not expire. Use them whenever the time is right.
Transferability
Vouchers are fully transferable. The person named on purchase does not need to be the one who uses it.
Price changes
A voucher is always honoured at the session price at the time of purchase — not the current price. You will never be asked to pay a difference due to a price increase.
If the session type is discontinued
We will offer a session of equivalent value as a replacement. You will not be left with an unusable voucher.
Refund if unused
Gift vouchers are generally non-refundable once purchased. If the voucher has never been used and exceptional circumstances apply, contact us directly — we handle these on a case by case basis.

Our refund position

If you've paid for something and the circumstances change, here is what happens:

Package (unused sessions, change of mind)
Refund for unused sessions on request. The session or sessions already used are charged at the standard single-session rate; the remainder is refunded.
Package (unused sessions, illness or injury)
Credit held with no expiry, or refund — your choice. We don't make this difficult.
Gift voucher (unused, purchaser requests refund)
Generally not refunded once purchased. Exceptional circumstances handled case by case — contact us.
Session not delivered as expected
Speak to us directly. If a session fell short of what was reasonable to expect, we will find a fair resolution — whether that is a partial refund, a complimentary follow-up, or something else that makes sense.
How to request a refund: Contact us directly by phone or email with your name, the date of the session or purchase, and what you're requesting. We aim to respond within two business days and resolve straightforward refunds within five.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our policies above reflect how we handle things in normal circumstances. They sit alongside — and do not override — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a service is not delivered with due care and skill, is not fit for the purpose it was requested for, or is not delivered within a reasonable time. These rights apply regardless of what any policy says — including ours.

In plain terms: if something goes genuinely wrong, it was our fault, and is not just a result you hoped for but didn't get, you have legal recourse and we respect that. We would rather resolve it directly and fairly than have anyone feel they need to pursue a formal complaint.

If you believe you have a consumer law concern that we haven't addressed satisfactorily, you can contact the following for independent guidance.
