Compounding insights for greater team intelligence

TeamEQ multiple team reports assess how a group of individuals collaborate and interact with other teams across multiple instances over time.

By detailing the results of any training or changes within the teams, these reports illuminate specific changes in team dynamics and pinpoint the attributes affected.

Through analysis of two or more reported instances, trends, benchmarks, and predictions are derived. This analysis provides insights into potential future changes and the necessary actions to align with organizational goals.

This data-driven approach empowers organizations to make informed decisions and develop strategic plans for their teams, encompassing long-term objectives such as innovation, product launches, market entry, staff expansion, and other significant initiatives.

Genesis of a TeamEQ multiple team report

As with individual team reports, when all individuals in a team complete the TeamEQ survey, it generates a 32-page report which lays out the state of the team in specific detail over the period of time between the first survey and the latest. A Delta Report is then issued.

How each report benefits the organisation

Talent Development: Prioritise training investments in areas that directly address critical skill gaps and competency needs, optimizing resource allocation.

Leadership Development: Invest in collective leadership development initiatives to foster a strong leadership bench within the team.

Career Pathing: Analyse team members’ developmental trajectories and create personalized plans to support their growth and career aspirations.

“Enhanced Employee Engagement: Prioritise initiatives based on significant improvements in specific attributes or questions.”

Delta Reports can yield significant organizational benefits, including increased productivity, reduced turnover, improved morale, and enhanced innovation.

💡 Establish feedback loops to ensure that the insights from Delta reports are being effectively implemented and that the process is continuously improving.

💡 Note the shift in number of outliers, and match with the development of positive attributes of outliers to offer innovative or challenging ideas or feedback.

💡 See how management can communicate better with their staff in which specific way, and institute a plan to break down any barriers to get to your goals quicker.

Following the initial survey to identify key attributes and organisational goals, we will repeat the survey process.

Once the Delta Report is issued, we’ll convene a dedicated session to delve into data shifts, cross-reference qualitative responses, and collaboratively develop a strategic plan for team growth or explore alternative directions.
