Cancellation Policy

Rebooter is committed to providing exceptional care. When a client cancels an appointment without enough notice, it prevents another client from being seen. This has a real financial impact on us. This policy exists for the small number of clients who may not realise that impact, and to keep things fair for everyone on our books.

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. With enough warning, we can usually fill your spot from our waitlist; with very short notice, that becomes very difficult.

Cancellations
• 12+ hours' notice: No charge.
• Less than 12 hours' notice: 50% of the treatment cost for next session.
• Less than 6 hours' notice, or a no-show: 100% of the treatment cost for next session.

Your first late cancellation or no-show fee will be waived as a one-off courtesy.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule, rather than cancel outright, at no charge up until 6 hours before your appointment.

Outside that window, the cancellation charges above apply, and any fee owing will be added to your rescheduled appointment.

Repeated Late Cancellations
Clients who repeatedly cancel late or fail to show up may be removed from our booking platform, to protect availability and fairness for other clients.

Emergencies
We're understanding of genuine last-minute medical or personal emergencies. We'll always use discretion when a sudden cancellation is outside your control.

If We Need to Cancel
If your practitioner needs to cancel your appointment, we'll credit your rescheduled appointment based on the notice given:
• Less than 24 hours' notice: 25% off your rescheduled appointment costs.
• Less than 12 hours' notice: 50% off your rescheduled appointment costs.
• Less than 6 hours' notice: 100% off your rescheduled appointment (i.e. free for you).

Force Majeure
Quarantine restrictions, natural disasters, and similar events beyond anyone's control fall outside this policy and will always be handled with discretion.
